- Aim True: A holistic approach to yoga, diet, and mindfulness, aiming to help readers love who they are right now and reshape the way they view food and life.
She also created the Aim True Yoga DVD, produced by Gaiam, and served as the yoga editor for Women's Health magazine for five years.
